High Tide Visuals was born from a love of art, the calm of the coast, and the joy of sharing beauty with others.

For as long as I can remember, art has been my escape—a way to slow down, breathe deep, and get lost in the moment. Some of my favorite days have been spent painting or sketching while looking out over the water in my backyard, where nature and creativity meet. One especially high tide early in our time here inspired more than just a name—it captured the feeling of serenity and awe that I now try to bring to every photo and painting.

Today, High Tide Visuals blends photography and hand-painted artwork, all rooted in a coastal aesthetic. On the photography side, I capture everything from lifestyle portraits and senior sessions to baptisms, weddings, and little league games. My editing style leans bright and natural, full of color and light, and I strive to make every session feel comfortable, relaxed, and judgment-free—because the best photos happen when you’re being your true self.

My art is where the ocean comes to life in watercolor. I create original notecards—many with beachy or nautical themes—and each one comes with a handmade envelope. Whether it’s a thank-you, holiday greeting, or a “just because” note, I love creating small pieces that help people stay connected in a meaningful, tangible way. I also take commissions, from custom fish paintings to event signage to personalized stationery.
